CampaignSquad provides professional digital agency solutions, including UI/UX Design, Web & Mobile Application Development, SaaS & Enterprise Solutions, Digital Strategy, and dedicated IT talent sourcing. All custom service deliverables, project milestones, deadlines, and pricing estimates are formally outlined in mutual project proposals or Statements of Work (SOW).

Unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement: (a) Pre-existing agency frameworks, proprietary tooling, code libraries, and foundational design systems remain the exclusive property of CampaignSquad. (b) Upon receipt of full and final payment, all bespoke deliverables, customized source code, and design assets developed specifically for the client are assigned to the client.

To ensure timely delivery of milestones, clients agree to provide necessary assets, branding guidelines, content, and feedback in a prompt manner. CampaignSquad is not responsible for milestone delays caused by pending client feedback, third-party API downtimes, or overdue approvals.

Project pricing, upfront milestone deposits, and billing schedules are defined in your specific project contract. Invoices are payable upon receipt or within the stipulated net payment window. In the event of overdue balances, CampaignSquad reserves the right to pause ongoing development or withhold release of final staging builds until accounts are settled.

Both CampaignSquad and the client agree to protect and maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary business data, trade secrets, roadmaps, and technical specifications shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

CampaignSquad strives for flawless execution and rigorous QA testing. However, our services and deliverables are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. In no event shall CampaignSquad be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party provider failures, or loss of revenue.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Significant changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
